General Grevous Costume
The joints move in a way the makes him appear real. (Really freaky, but really cool.) He also has 4 arms/hands. He ended up winning the Costume Contest. (duh?)

General Grevous Costume
It's one of those puppet-type of costumes where the person wears the puppet. Your eyes are drawn to the skeletal structure. Plus, he wears black so you don't notice him at first.

Actor, Michael Sheard, who plays Admiral Ozzel in Empire enjoying Celebration. (He was the first Admiral casuality at the hands of Vader.)
